Why ‘ladies only’ guided cycling tours and what to expect?
Ever since we have been organizing guided and self-guided cycling tours, the proportion of female cyclists has been slowly but steadily growing. Our team of guides is also gender balanced, with about half of the tours being led by women. And so, half-jokingly, the idea came up that we should organize female-only cycling tours. In 2026, the idea became reality!
Who is this guided tour for?
For young women and for those… let’s say… a little more experienced. For singles, newly singles (sh** happens) or those who need a break from their partner 🙂
For those a little more distrustful, perhaps with a bad experience traveling in another country (Slovenia, by the way, finished third on the list of the 20 safest countries for solo female travelers). For those who want good company and for single girls who don’t want to spend their holidays in the company of only (happy or “happy”) couples. For girls who don’t mind sharing a room with another lady (of course, there is still an option for a single room).
What can you expect?
- a relaxed guided cycling experience in one of the safest countries in the world,
- leisurely, not too demanding and above all, not at all competitive cycling,
- an experienced and professional female bike guide for the entire tour,

- Fun, interesting, maybe sometimes even deep personal conversations (well, we can’t predict this) over a glass of rose or sparkling wine in the evening,
